Terms and conditions of all Beats music purchases
The purchase of a beats – MP3 or WAV file does not entitle the purchaser to exclusive rights.
A beat may be purchased and used (not exclusively) by a multiple of buyers.
If a purchaser requires exclusivity, this can be negotiated separately, and will require the beat not to have been acquired by anyone else, as we cannot restrict the user of an already purchased beat.
